Use keywords to quickly find options. For example, type '/h1' for Heading 1, '/img' for Image, or '/ai' for AI assistance.
Block Menu
Open the block menu:
Click on a drag handle to open the block menu.
Right-click any unselected block to open the context menu. If you right-click within a selected block, you'll see the browser's native context menu instead.
Available options in the block menu:
Comment the block text.
Ask AI to edit the block.
Delete the block.
Duplicate the block.
Turn the block type into another block type.
Color: update the block text color or background color.
You can select multiple blocks and apply block menu actions to all of them at once!
Floating Toolbar
The floating toolbar provides quick access to formatting options and actions for selected text.
How to use the floating toolbar:
Select any text to invoke the floating toolbar.
With the floating toolbar, you can:
Ask AI for assistance
Add a comment to the selected text
Transform the selected into an another block
Apply text formatting: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, code
Mark text as an equation
Change text color or background color
Open the block menu for additional options

Media Toolbar
The media toolbar provides tools for managing and customizing media elements in your document.
How to use the media toolbar:
Hover over the image to reveal the controller buttons at the top right corner.
Click on the alignment icon to adjust the positioning of the media.
Use the caption button to add or edit the media caption.
Click on the download button to download the media.
Use the preview button to view the media in full size.
Open the block menu by clicking on the three dots.
You can resize the image by dragging the handles on the left and right sides. The caption will automatically adjust to match the image width.
